The profession of medicine still remains one of the most admired by students before choosing the course they will finally undertake as undergraduates. It is astonishing, however, that the rate of doctors leaving practice is also at a steady increase. This demonstrates that the working environment for a doctor today continues to be more stressing. It therefore creates the need for using Medical Life Coaching.

The unprecedented stress faced by doctors is majorly attributed to more scrutiny of their practice. There are numerous state and non-state bodies all focused on inspecting their practice. Yet again, doctors work in an environment of fear. Jeopardy of consequences in case things go wrong couples to their stress. With no team support and or public esteem, it is very easy for them to burn out.

Success, most definitely comes with happiness, contentment and fulfillment as a person. But when part of your life is deprived time, the rest of your life gets boring and lacks inspiration. While you may want to heed your call to save lives, you need to save your life first before saving others.

Doctors do not have to face public criticism for being in a situation that necessitates the services of a coach. This field is known to be for people who are highly motivated, self-sufficient and super intelligent. Their profession does not erase the fact that they are a person before any titles. It is therefore important to make sure that all of them have easy access to the services of a coach.

Most doctors do not get help for fear of getting judged. This should not be an obstacle, but a motivation to finding someone who will understand you. Some extra effort will guarantee you the best listener to your problems.
