We only have so much time to live.
Life can turn on you so quickly. It's amazing how it seems to do that at the worst time possible. One second you are standing straight up and everything is going great and the next you are on your back. But without these moments, how would we be taught the importance of getting back up after we've fallen?
It really isn't about the times where we shine that make the difference, but rather the times me make a decision to rise again after we fall. That decision to get back up again no matter what is one of the most powerful moments in someones life. But not everyone makes that decision. Not everyone makes the decision to get back up even though they have been beaten down to the floor.
Why?
In truth, the thought of going through the pain and anguish again if failure arrives at the front door is so terrifying that it takes most people out of their game. In fact, it takes them off of the road of life and parks them in the dirt. For some, they will never pull back onto the road because that pain of defeat will define their emotions for the rest of their life.
However, for those who are willing to try again and again because they know their goals and what they are going after, they will rise and get back to the grind. They will continue to see it through all the way to the end because they know what is possible for them. They know the most important thing in the world - their "why."
This world needs people who are willing to keep grinding despite the worst of the worst happening to them. This world needs people like you. This world needs those who are willing to sacrifice today for the betterment of tomorrow. This world needs everyday heroes, not celebrities, who are willing to stand for the possibility of those who believe in their dreams.
So?
It's time to live your dream.
