Take out of the fridge and let stand until the dish has warmed up then put it into the oven for about twenty five minutes.

Hypervitaminosis A is the disease when one overdoses whereas the deficiency can cause night blindness, keratomalocia and hyperkeratosis. Keratomalocia is an eye disorder and hyperkeratosis is the thickening of the outer layer of the skin.
The B complex vitamins are found as well and help with the metabolism in the body.
