As people continue to interact with other individuals, bonds will surely be formed. Once you talk to a stranger for a long time until you finally see some parts of that person, that stranger now became your friend. As you see, bonds can come naturally and sometimes you might not realize it right away. Just mere talking and spending time with someone already builds up some connection. It certainly is great to find helpful bonds coming from respect, love and trust with those significant persons around you. However, will it usually last for a long time? And is it necessary for you to keep it when the person you bonded with is filled with toxicity? It actually depends. Pause for a moment and try to ponder those significant persons in your life. Now, do you remember how you met them? For sure, some took you a while to get close with. And others happened just naturally because of your same interests, making both of you hit off easily. You somewhat wonder how it happens. Well apparently, what you did is exactly how energetic cording functions.

Connection. That term is what you would associate with energetic cording. Whenever you meet different individuals in your life, whether friends or strangers, you are forming a cord with those people. Even that normal delivery boy coming inside your house gives you some connection.

That is how the energetic cording works. To acquire that energy, it needs certain methods to get it. One example is having a sexual intercourse with your partner. But that cannot necessarily be done with your friend. So aside from using the genital parts, you can acquire it with the use of your feelings. Your heart.

With this cording, you would be able to form some attachments with others. And attachment is important in relationships. That could be an inclination that a person is fine in spending time with you instead of giving you indifference affection.

But then again, not all attachments are necessary. And energetic cords might also bring you to a downfall consequence. With many individuals you see and interacted every day, you unknowingly absorbed their energies. And those energies might be unwanted. As a result, it drains you emotionally and mentally, burdening you with negativities.

In relationships, it may also affect you when your partner is not emotionally balanced and a needy one. That may also happens with your friends. Because of that, those attachments became unhealthy for you, causing you to be sick and dwell on negative feelings.

Anyhow, you could still cut down those strings or cords you built. Sometimes you will select that option for your own goodness. And that method might be complicated. Nevertheless, you should not be discouraged with that. The most important thing you really must do is to think and be willing to cut that cord. Without that conviction, it will be futile.

You may probably understand now why sometimes you became so tired after dealing with many people. Like mentioned above, meditation can help in erasing those negativities. Furthermore, you must be careful also in giving away and receiving energy.
