The exhaustion can lead to depression because it is never a nice feeling to be tired all of the time. A lot of people will feel become physically sick when they are tired and depressed, and these are signs to pick up, telling you to slow down. If you continue to go at this pace, you will burnout and take a long time to get back to where you were in the first place when you had little to worry about.

When you don't reach your goals, you often feel as if you have failed and you begin to doubt yourself. You feel as if you are alone in the world. This causes you to isolate yourself. People feel that there is no escape and they are trapped. They are no longer happy in their lives.

You will find that you begin to have headaches and your appetite and sleep patterns will interfere with your lifestyle. Emotionally, you will be affected as well. Having this type of pain can bring you down. It will promote self doubt and a sense of failure when you think that you are not going to make it. You don't feel as motivated and this will really play on your mind. You need to think about why you are feeling this way, and by resting and taking it easier you will be able to improve.
