Being part of a happy family can be great. However, things are not usually alright all the time. Sometimes, things go wrong and one or more family members are in trouble. Even the best families need external help from time to time. Deciding to undergo therapy can be the right decision for you. However, it might feel like admitting failure, but this is not true. If you are finding it hard to talk, then this is a bad sign. It signifies that all is not well. It could be that one person is carrying out silent treatment or you do not seem to understand each other when you talk.
