For a student to be able to learn properly and their improvements saw the environment they are in should support them. This is made real by different players who step in; they are organizations along with persons who do this at a charge or with no charge. Team players also involved include region representatives, trainers, academicians and leadership body in the institution. Well, organized systems of leadership in an institution dictate how good it is. The duty of every member is highlighted in bold. The leadership must be stable this means it should not often be changed. It should incorporate both teaching and non-teaching staff to bring together the various source of knowledge together for proper governing. It also should incorporate a system where all the requirement learns need are provided. When this happens, a positive sign of progress will be noticed.

Also, teachers with experience or with knowledge about the topic must be used because they will be able to deliver the topics without any problem.

For teachers to be able to deal with different problems they encounter daily in the institute they should be equipped with the mechanisms to handle all this is done but allowing them to attend workshops where they find themselves being involved in a thorough practice, formative evaluation and guider or peer answers. It is their duty to provide students with a detailed program of study. Visiting these workshops teachers can give out their knowledge.

The head of educations at state levels which include regional executive officers are trained on ways to improve the institutions. They are trained on schools work and expanding institution plans. The training may include how to give instructions and to deliver them, developing leadership skills, evaluating a program, and consulting a performance. After training, they are given tasks which lead to institutions development.

The head of the learning centers should go a through training on the handling of social capital, resources and human capital whose mismanagement can cause a learning center to become extinct. They got training on ways to analyze a talent employment process, tap talent, forecasting talent judging a particular attitude, institution facilitation and being role models.

In a learning center persons from different places meet with their talents. These talents ought to be be protected from extinction by a defined program. They should be closely monitored to be sure of positive and uniform progress. Lead By doing this the students will be motivated and also their talents can to the growth of the institution.

Assessment is made mandatory to know the progress of students and working staff. This keeps students on toes and can focus on their studies because they know after the course they will be examined. The process should be carried out at specific intervals and clearly stated out in the rules governing the institution.
